Man has a duty to protect wild plants and animals and to preserve their biological diversity, provided they do not disturb the regional ecological balance or cause manifest harm to humans. 2. (English version) Chapter 14: Peacekeeping and Aerospace Vigilance THE AEROSPACE GUARD Article 81 1. The World Commonwealth organizes the Aerospace Guard as a standing force for the purpose of terrestrial air defense and outer space surveillance and reconnaissance. 2. The Aerospace Guard is operated under the supervision of the Peace Council through a Command Commission. The Command Commission exercises command and supervision over the Operational Headquarters. 3. The Peacekeeping Patrol is operated under the supervision of the Peace Council through the Command Commisson.
