Chapter 14: Peacekeeping and Aerospace Vigilance
THE PEACEKEEPING PATROL
Article 75
1. The World Commonwealth organizes the Peacekeeping Patrol as a standing force to prevent armed conflicts and ensure permanent peace.
2. The Peacekeeping Patrol is operated under the supervision of the Peace Council through the Command Commisson. The Command Commission exercises command and supervision over the Operational Headquarters.
3. The Peace Council shall select one Command Commissioner from each of its member Zones. The Chief of the Operational Headquarters shall be appointed by the Peace Council upon the recommendation of the Command Commission.
Article 76
1. The Peacekeeping Patrol shall be deployed in accordance with operational guidelines established by the Peace Council for each individual case and approved by the General Assembly.
2. The methods and authority of the activities of the Peacekeeping Patrol shall be determined in its respective operational guidelines.
3. The Plenipotentiary Conference may, when it deems necessary, request the Peace Council to deploy peacekeeping patrol.
Article 77
1. The Peacekeeping Patrol shall consist of ground forces and maritime forces. Other details of the organization of the units shall be determined in accordance with the organizational regulations separately established.
2. The garrisons of the Peacekeeping Patrol shall be located in the Zones agreed upon with the World Commonwealth in advance.
3. The Peacekeeping Patrol shall operate in cooperation with the World Commonwealth Aerospace Guard and the coast guard of each Zone, as required by operational needs.
Article 78
1. Armed personnel of the Peacekeeping Patrol shall be recruited from Zones which have concluded an agreement with the World Commonwealth in advance, within the limits of the total quota of 500,000, allocated to each Grand-Zone in proportion to its population.
2. Training of armed personnel of the Peacekeeping Patrol shall be carried out at a training center managed by the Operational Headquarters.
3. Armed personnel of the peacekeeping patrol do not have rank designations, and the chain of command in the performance of their duties is regulated solely by their position and the nature of their duties.
Article 79
Procurement of weapons and other supplies for the Peacekeeping Patrol shall be the responsibility of the Procurement Headquarters of the Peacekeeping Patrol. The Procurement Headquarters shall procure the necessary weapons and other supplies from pre-designated corporate entities.
Article 80
1. The use of force by Peacekeeping Patrol is authorized only to the minimum extent necessary for the performance of its duties. In particular, the use of force against persons is limited to when it is essential for the protection of personnel or third parties.
2. Any Peacekeeping Patrol personnel may not obey orders from superior personnel that violate laws, regulations or operational guidelines.

Artikolo 75

Artikolo 76

Artikolo 77

Artikolo 80
1. La uzado de la forto de la Paca Patrolo estas rajtigita nur en la minimuma mezuro necesa por la plenumado de siaj taskoj Precipe, la uzo de forto kontraŭ personoj estas limigita al kiam ĝi estas esenca por la protekto de dungitaro aŭ de triaj.
2. Ajna personaro de la Paca Patrolo ne rajtas obei ordonojn de supera personaro, kiuj malobservas leĝojn, regularojn aŭ funkciajn gvidliniojn.
