(English version) Chapter 10: Transnational Management of Natural Resources WORLD NATURAL RESOURCES ORGANIZATION Article 49 1. The World Natural Resources Organization is a specialized organization responsible for the unified and comprehensive conservation, development and use of the earth's mineral resources. 2. (English version) Chapter 10: Transnational Management of Natural Resources PRINCIPLES Article 45 The natural resources of the earth, with the exception of soil and genetic resources, are essentially the common property of the peoples of the earth, and their conservation, development and utilization shall be the responsibility of the World Commonwealth and shall carried out in an ecologically sustainable manner. Article 46 The constituent Zones in which the natural resources referred to in the preceding Article are deposited shall have the right and obligation to cooperate with the World Commonwealth in the conservation, development and utilization of the various natural resources. (English version) Chapter 9: Sustainable Energy RENEWABLE ENERGY TREATY Article 38 The world Commonwealth, through its treaty, shall obliges its members to promote the development and dissemination of ecologically sustainable energy. WORLD RENEWABLE ENERGY AGENCY  Article 39 1. The World Commonwealth shall establish the World Renewable Energy Agency for the purpose of developing and disseminating ecologically sustainable renewable energy technologies. 2.
