Chapter 27: Miscellaneous Provisions
Article 165
1. All treaties and transnational agreements concluded by the constituent entities of the World Commonwealth after this Charter comes into force shall be promptly registered with the Secretariat and published by the Secretariat.
2. A constituent entity which is a party to a treaty or agreement referred to in the preceding paragraph which has not been registered in accordance with the provisions of that paragraph may not invoke that treaty or agreement before any organ of the World Commonwealth.
Article 166
In the event of a conflict between the obligations of a constituent entity of the World Commonwealth under this Charter and those under any other transnational agreement, the obligations under this Charter shall prevail.
Article 167
1. The Organization shall enjoy in the domain of each of its constituent entity such legal capacity as is necessary for the performance of its functions and the achievement of its purposes.
2. The Organization shall enjoy in the domain of each of its constituent entities such privileges and immunities as are necessary for the achievement of its purposes.
3. The Grand-Zonal Permanent Representatives Plenipotentiary, and delegates to the General Assembly of the World Commonwealth, as well as officials of the Organization, shall enjoy the privileges and immunities necessary for the independent performance of their functions in connection with the Organization.
4. The General Assembly may make recommendations for the determination of the details of the application of paragraphs 2 and 3 of this Article, or may propose treaties to the Grand-Zonal Permanent Representatives Plenipotentiary, or the World Commonwealth for this purpose.

Ĉapitro 27: Diversaj Dispozicioj
Artikolo 165
1. Ĉiuj traktatoj kaj transnaciaj interkonsentoj konkluditaj de la konsistigaj entoj de la Monda Komunumo post kiam ĉi tiu Ĉarto ekvalidos, estas tuj registritaj ĉe la Sekretariejo kaj publikigitaj de la Sekretariejo.
2. Konstitua ento, kiu estas partio de traktato aŭ interkonsento menciita en la antaŭa paragrafo, kiu ne estis registrita laŭ la dispozicioj de tiu paragrafo, ne rajtas alvoki tiun traktaton aŭ interkonsenton antaŭ iu ajn organo de la Monda Komunumo.
Artikolo 166
Okaze de konflikto inter la devoj de konsistiga ento de la Monda Komunumo laŭ ĉi tiu Ĉarto kaj tiuj sub iu alia transnacia interkonsento, la devoj laŭ ĉi tiu Ĉarto regas.
Artikolo 167
1.La Organizo ĝuas en la sfero de ĉiu el siaj konsistigaj entoj tian juran kapablon necesan por la plenumado de siaj funkcioj kaj la atingo de siaj celoj.
2. La Organizo ĝuas en la sfero de ĉiu el siaj konsistigaj entoj tiajn privilegiojn kaj imunecojn kiuj estas necesaj por la realigo de siaj celoj.
3. La Grand-Zona Konstantaj Reprezentantoj Plenrajtuloj, kaj delegitoj al la Ĝenerala Asembleo de la Monda Komunumo, same kiel oficistoj de la Organizo, ĝuas la privilegiojn kaj imunecojn necesajn por la sendependa plenumo de siaj funkcioj lige kun la Organizo.
4. La Ĝenerala Asembleo povas fari rekomendojn por la determino de la detaloj de la aplikado de alineoj 2 kaj 3 de ĉi tiu Artikolo, aŭ povas proponi traktatojn al la Plenrajta Konstanta Reprezentantoj de Grand-Zona, aŭ al la Monda Komunumo tiucele.

Chapter 28: Transitional Provisions Concerning World Official Languages
Article 168
1. Esperanto shall be the official language of the World Commonwealth. However, until Esperanto is widespread, English shall be an additional official language on an interim basis.
2. In order to achieve the objectives of the main text of the preceding paragraph, the constituent entities of the World Commonwealth shall endeavor to promote Esperanto as a compulsory language in education.
3. The provisions of this Article shall not prevent the development of new, more neutral and practical planned languages that may become world official languages.
4. The World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization shall support plans for the dissemination of Esperanto and projects related to the development of the preceding paragraph.
Artikolo 168
1. Esperanto estu la oficiala lingvo de la Monda Komunumo. Tamen, ĝis Esperanto disvastiĝos, la angla estos aldona oficiala lingvo provizore.
2. Por atingi la celojn de la ĉefa teksto de la antaŭa alineo, la konsistigaj entoj de la Monda Komunumo klopodas por antaŭenigi Esperanton kiel devigan lingvon en la edukado.
3. La dispozicioj de ĉi tiu artikolo ne malhelpas la disvolviĝon de novaj, pli neŭtralaj kaj praktikaj planlingvoj, kiuj povas fariĝi mondaj oficialaj lingvoj.
4. La Monda Eduka, Scienca kaj Kultura Organizo subtenas planojn por la disvastigo de Esperanto kaj projektojn rilatajn al la evoluo de la antaŭa alineo.

Article 169
1. The World Commonwealth shall be governed by the World Commonwealth Calendar, the first year of which shall be the year in which this Charter comes into force.
2. The provisions of the preceding paragraph shall not prevent the constituent entities of the World Commonwealth from adopting their own calendar systems.

Artikolo 169
1. La Monda Komunumo estas regata de la Monda Komunuma Kalendaro, kies unua jaro estos la jaro en kiu ĉi tiu Ĉarto ekvalidas.
2. La dispozicioj de la antaŭa paragrafo ne malhelpas la konsistigajn entojn de la Monda Komunumo adopti siajn proprajn kalendarajn sistemojn.
