Chapter 24: Independent Religious Autonomous Regions
Article 146
1. The World Commonwealth may recognize, by accord, regions in which a particular religious organization or religious authority exercises independent self-governance.
2. The recognition in the preceding paragraph shall be conditional on each region respecting this Charter, provided that this does not conflict with its religious tenets.
3. The accord in paragraph 1 shall come into force after being approved by the General Assembly of the World Commonwealth.
Article 147
After the accord in the preceding article comes into force, the World Commonwealth shall appoint a special resident representative in each Independent Religious Autonomous Regions.
Article 148
1. An Independent Religious Autonomous Regions may send one observer to the General Assembly.
2. The observer in the preceding paragraph may participate in the deliberations of the General Assembly and express his/her opinion.
Article 149
Independent religious autonomous regions may join various treaties concluded by the World Commonwealth, except for this Charter.
Article 150
An Independent Religious Autonomous Region may conclude common economic agreements with neighboring constituent entities of the World Commonwealth.
Article 151
1. An Independent Religious Autonomous Region may renounce its status in accordance with the accord. In this case, the provisions of Article 146, paragraph 2 shall apply mutatis mutandis.
2. A region that renounces its status as an Independent Religious Autonomous Region in accordance with the accord in the preceding paragraph may choose at its own discretion whether to be incorporated into a neighboring constituent entity of the World Commonwealth or to become a Autonomous Zone of Direct Jurisdiction.

Ĉapitro 24: Sendependaj Religiaj Aŭtonomaj Regionoj
Artikolo 146
1. La Monda Komunumo povas agnoski, laŭ interkonsento, regionojn, en kiuj aparta religia organizo aŭ religia aŭtoritato ekzercas sendependan memregadon.
2. La agnosko en la antaŭa alineo estas kondiĉigita de ĉiu regiono respekto de ĉi tiu Ĉarto, kondiĉe ke tio ne konfliktas kun ĝiaj religiaj dogmoj.
3. La interkonsento en paragrafo 1 ekvalidos post aprobo de la Ĝenerala Asembleo de la Monda Komunumo.
Artikolo 147
Post la validiĝo de la interkonsento en la antaŭa artikolo, la Monda Komunumo nomumas specialan loĝantan reprezentanton en ĉiu Sendependa Religia Aŭtonoma Regiono.
Artikolo 148
1. Sendependaj Religiaj Aŭtonomaj Regionoj povas sendi unu observanton al la Ĝenerala Asembleo.
2. La observanto en la antaŭa alineo povas partopreni en la diskutoj de la Ĝenerala Asembleo kaj esprimi sian opinion.
Artikolo 149
Sendependaj religiaj aŭtonomaj regionoj povas aliĝi al diversaj traktatoj faritaj de la Monda Komunumo, krom ĉi tiu Ĉarto.
Artikolo 150
Sendependa Religia Aŭtonoma Regiono povas fini komunajn ekonomiajn interkonsentojn kun najbaraj konsistigaj entoj de la Monda Komunumo.
Artikolo 151
1. Sendependa Religia Aŭtonoma Regiono povas rezigni pri sia statuso laŭ la interkonsento. En ĉi tiu kazo, la dispozicioj de Artikolo 146, paragrafo 2 validas mutatis mutandis.
2. Regiono, kiu rezignas sian statuson kiel Sendependa Religia Aŭtonoma Regiono laŭ la interkonsento en la antaŭa alineo, povas elekti laŭ sia propra bontrovo ĉu esti enkorpigita en najbaran konsistigan enton de la Monda Komunumo aŭ iĝi Aŭtonoma Zono de Rekta Jurisdikcio.
