Chapter 15: Fundamental Human Rights

RIGHT TO POLITICAL PARTICIPATION AND RIGHT TO ACCESS TO JUDICIAL PROCEDURES

Article 95

1. The inhabitants of the World Commonwealth have the right to participate in the governance of the Zone and local authorities within that Zone in which they reside by being selected by lottery as licensed delegates.

2. The will of the people is determined entirely through the Commons' Convention.

3. The inhabitants of the World Commonwealth have the right to participate in the governance of the World Commonwealth and the Grand-Zones through delegates elected by the Commons' Convention of the Zones.

4. The inhabitants of the World Commonwealth have the right to hold public office in the Zone in which they reside.

5. All public officials are subject to the control of the Commons' Convention.

Article 96

1. The inhabitants of the World Commonwealth have the right to an effective remedy from an impartial judicial authority within their own Zone against any infringement of their rights granted by the Charter or by law.

2. Any person who has not been granted remedy by the judicial organ of the Zone to which he/she belongs provided for in the preceding paragraph may appeal or seek remedy directly from the World Commonwealth Board of Human Rights Review and Enforcement.

RAJTO AL POLITIKA PARTOPRENO KAJ RAJTO AL ALIRO AL JUDICIA PROCEDURO

Artikolo 95

1. La loĝantoj de la Monda Komunumo havas la rajton partopreni en la regado de la Zono kaj lokaj aŭtoritatoj ene de tiu Zono, en kiu ili loĝas, estante elektitaj per loterio kiel rajtigitaj delegitoj.

2. La volo de la popolo estas determinita tute per la Komunuloja Konvencio.

3. La loĝantoj de la Monda Komunumo havas la rajton partopreni en la regado de la Monda Komunumo kaj la Grandaj-Zonoj per delegitoj elektitaj de la Komunuloja Konvencio de la Zonoj.

4. La loĝantoj de la Monda Komunumo havas la rajton okupi publikan oficon en la Zono en kiu ili loĝas.

5. Ĉiuj publikaj oficistoj estas submetitaj al la kontrolo de la Komunuloja Konvencio.

Artikolo 96

1. La loĝantoj de la Monda Komunumo havas la rajton je efika rimedo de senpartia juĝa aŭtoritato ene de la Zono en kiu ili loĝas kontraŭ ajna malobservo de siaj rajtoj donitaj de la Ĉarto aŭ de la leĝo.

2. Ĉiu persono, al kiu ne ricevis rimedon de la juĝa organo de la Zono antaŭvidita en la antaŭa alineo, povas apelacii aŭ serĉi rimedon rekte de la Monda Komunumo Estraron pri Revizio kaj Devigo de Homaj Rajtoj.
