Chapter 1: Purposes

Article 1

The purposes of the World Commonwealth are:

1. To maintain the ecological sustainability of the global environment. To this end, to take effective collective measures for preventing and eliminating threats to the global environment and for halting its destruction, and to implement an effective planned economy on a global scale for ensuring the ecological sustainability of the global environment;

2. To establish cooperative relations among all peoples based on the common rights of all peoples and to pursue the abolition of standing armies and all other appropriate measures to achieve permanent peace;

3. To achieve enforceable transnational coordination in the solution of problems of an economic, social, cultural or humanitarian nature, and in respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms for all without discrimination of any kind;

4. To be the nucleus for the abolition of sovereign states and the integration of the actions of all peoples in the attainment of these common objectives.

Artikolo 1

La celoj de la Monda Komunumo estas:

1. Konservi la ekologian daŭripovon de la tutmonda medio. Tiucele, preni efikajn kolektivajn rimedojn por malhelpi kaj forigi minacojn al la tutmonda medio kaj por haltigi ĝian detruon, kaj efektivigi efikan planekonomion tutmonde por certigi la ekologian daŭripovon de la tutmonda medio;

2. Starigi kunlaborajn rilatojn inter ĉiuj popoloj surbaze de la komunaj rajtoj de ĉiuj popoloj kaj trakti la forigon de konstantaj armeoj kaj ĉiujn aliajn taŭgajn rimedojn por atingi daŭran pacon;

3. Atingi plenumeblan transnacian kunordigon en la solvo de problemoj de ekonomia, socia, kultura aŭ humanitara naturo, kaj en respekto de homaj rajtoj kaj fundamentaj liberecoj por ĉiuj sen ia ajn diskriminacio;

4. Esti la kerno por la forigo de suverenaj ŝtatoj kaj la integriĝo de la agoj de ĉiuj popoloj en la atingo de tiuj komunaj celoj.
